Bite Café: There are few spots in Chicago that handle the upper-scale dining experience better than this remarkable café. The pan-roasted ruby red trout is to die for.

Holy Trinity Orthodox Cathedral: One of the few surviving churches remaining that was designed by the legendary Louis Sullivan.

Shokolad Pastry & Café: If you are looking for traditional Ukrainian food and desserts, then this is the place.

Sir & Madame: Run by Brian and Autumn Merritt, you will find this boutique filled with men’s and women’s apparel that offer the urban-dandyish lines from Brooklyn Circus, Levi’s Vintage, and more.

Small Bar: Noted for their incredible “scratch food” from celebrated chef Justin White, you can also sit on the patio and enjoy a beer.

Sprout Home: You can create custom terrariums and much, much more in this wonderful garden shop.

Star Lounge Coffee Bar: If you ever wanted iced coffee on tap, then this is your place.

Ukrainian National Museum: Learn more about Ukrainian culture thanks to this remarkable museum. This provides the background for the celebrated Ukrainian Village and marks its importance in the city.

You can also enjoy the Ukrainian Village Fest which happens in early September. Find plenty of vintage vinyl at the Beat Swap Meet where your favorite recordings can be found. Plus, you can view the celebrated paintings of Valeriy and Marita Vaskov at the Ukrainian National Museum as well as the works of other artists.
